The aim of Gladio Salutum to introduce people to the swords path as taught by Fiore dei Liberi over 600 years ago.

Combining the hands and feet.

When doing this sequence, you perform all 6 cuts whilst stepping forwards, and then all 6 cuts while stepping backwards. The cuts should be nice and even. Be aware of your blade and any side swing or back swing.
Remember that the safety of those around you begins with you.
Posture while moving, deliberate actions.
The footwork can be either passare, or tornare dependant on space constraints.
Be very specific with your footwork. The placement of your feet should be a deliberate action.
Stance should be balanced, unlock your knees and sink into your stance as much as is comfortable.
Cool down.
